The lamp itself is beautiful! However, the shade that arrived with it is not the shade pictured on the website. I called Customer Service and explained the problem . At first I was offered a discount to keep the lamp as is. When I explained that I wanted the shade as pictured when I ordered the lamp, your representative FINALLY agreed to send the correct shade. Annoyingly, when the “new” shade arrived, it was the same shade I already had. I now have 2 shades I don’t want. This was my first purchase from Perigold, and it was very disappointing. I would STILL like to receive the cone shaped shade that was pictured and not the drum shaped shade you sent. It changes the whole appearance of the lamp.

We had seen these before and loved the elegance of them. They did not disappoint us when they were unpcked and set up.

Beautiful heavy lamp that would look good most anywhere. I am only giving it 3 stars because it came without a shade which was not mentioned in the write-up. It was an open-box item and well priced, but should have mentioned this. I had to go out and spend time and considerable money on a shade.

Good lamps for commercial projects

Beautiful lamp. Mine came in damaged. Waiting for response, but it will be pretty when corrected.
