Lamp shade arrived damaged somewhere in the shipping and was offered to have it replaced. Which is no big deal, I would have done that except on closer inspection of the shade, you can see where the ends meet. Very, very poor job. Beautiful lamp. Lousy beyond use shade.

I like the lamp a lot but the shade is awful & I am upset that I’m going to have to purchase a new shade when I’ve paid this much money for a lamp! It has a pink hue to it when it is turned on & looks very cheap! I have already disposed of the boxes & wrappings or I would probably return it!

The lamp is fine. The lamp shade is fine. However, the finial (if that's right word) that holds the lampshade securely to the lamp was NO GOOD! It wouldn't screw in tight like most other lamps we have or have ever bought. I finally saw the it wasn't a screw in holder, but a had vertical lines inside the connecter that would keep it straight. Didn't work! I called customer service and have a replacement on order. Hope it is the right part....had trouble describing it to the service person. OTHER PROBLEM is that it won't be here until "estimated" Friday, October 21. I would have thought that it could have shipped before the 18th.

Beautiful lamp looks perfect in my foyer. The brass colouring is brighter than expected but still lovely. The crackled ivory body of the lamp adds character.

Wrong lamp sent. Have to unpack, take pics, call for claim, turn in claim w pics, repack, schedule with ups or take directly. Get refund. Turn around and reorder again. Perigold will not do exchanges. No Thank you!!! I’m too busy to have to deal with all of this.

I had ordered this lamp a month or so ago and needed a lamp,for another part of my house. I decided to re-order the Emma lamp. It’s a classy modern style that will fit anywhere in my house and it’s beautiful.

Perfect and gorgeous just as pictured. The gold base and gold finial make the lamp for sure!

Love these lamps! The base is cream colored and the shade is a soft white. The contrast is lovely.When the light is on, the lamp and the shade are the same color.
