The piece is really great: beautifully designed, fun to use. However, it must be blown out to winterize and not just drained as with a conventional shower, but I still think it's worth it. Gave the product 5 stars. The main problem is that the shower tower metal was seriously dented in three places during shipping. Many would have sent it back, but I decided it was too much effort to return an item of this size.

I purchased this as an open box item, which meant I couldn’t return it, however, I assumed that I would get the entire package. It came without the bamboo and steel tray, which is why I chose it. There was no mention of that in the listing. Sad, as I am now going to have to spend more to build one than if I had paid bust out retail.

Excellent outdoor shower setup. Super easy to put together and install. I was going to make a shower from scratch until I saw this, and it was a lifesaver!

The shower is not only modern and stylish but is functional. Works well and has different shower heads and a handheld wand to support different uses from hosing off dirty feet or showering post-seim.

Horrible shower received shower did not work they reshaped and it did not work either

It’s a nice outdoor shower! We have enjoyed using it after getting out of the pool. The only issue we had was the hole for the shower wand was sooooo low and unusable. We had to make another hole up higher.

I just installed my shower and love it! Easy to install, and great quality and service.
