Looks nice and is quiet. And I can operate it from my phone which is great! But it doesn’t wash or dry any better than the cheaper model I had before this one.

Bosch brands are known to be top of line and I was grateful that this one went on sale.

Great dishwasher. 60 minute wash works fine. Do NOT pay for the installation service!!!! Giant nightmare. When they showed up, they immediately said the floor was too high to remove the old dishwasher, even though we'd pulled the old dishwasher out to mess with it. Then, they said they couldn't install the new one without a junction box since the old one was hard wired. (Turns out the dishwasher could have been hardwired too.) Finally got the junction box a week later and rescheduled the installation for another week out. The original order had a typo in the phone number, but it had been fixed the night before the original delivery, two weeks ago. I slept on the couch specifically to be woken up by knocking. At the end of the delivery window, we call to ask where they are. They had apparently showed up, called the wrong number, and security footage shows they NEVER GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK TO KNOCK. So we reschedule for ANOTHER two weeks out. Then we realize how stupid this is, install the dishwasher ourselves using videos on the internet, and paid a guy to take the old one. Despite having canceled the installation and getting a refund with Wayfair (which was 1.5 hours on hold for the first call, an hour on hold for the second call after the first refund didn't go through), they call the night before the new installation date, to tell us the installation people will be there between 7 and 11. So we call, AGAIN, and tell them not to show up. And then get a call at 8:30 the next day that they'll be there in 20 minutes. This time they knocked at least. But they obviously want to find any excuse possible to not do the installations. NOT worth money or hassle.

This is very quiet. Takes 2.5 hrs to do a load of dishes, which seems long. Also the door seems a little flimsy when closing it, but it doesnt leak. Cleans dishes very well, and does a good job drying also.

Cleans well, but it is difficult to load. Could have done without the third rack up top which is just about useless and moved the middle rack up a touch. Very quiet. Would have been a 5 star machine if the baskets were laid out better. Seems like my old GE could wash twice as much.
