I ordered this chandelier and it arrived 3-weeks late. The system provided misinformation on several occasions. When it arrived it was missing parts. I have called customer support 3X and each time been told it’s resolved only to realize it hasn’t been. I followed the app process, called support - still NOTHING!! Just poor customer support.

Frst of all, this is a heavy fixture - it took 2 guys to install it. It also takes an awfully long time to hand up each individual crystal. It is exactly what is pictured, and the color is matte gold as shown. So you get exactly what you see. HOWEVER, it took over 2 months to show up as the they lost the original shipment and had to resend it. And they also didn't let me know that it will take that long when I ordered it. I was told the standard 7-10 business days for delivery, then it changed to 4 weeks. Same thing happened with the replacement. So if you want this fixture, in my opinion it is a beautiful piece. But be aware it will take a while to show up, and they probably won't give you an accurate delivery window.
