This set of knives is excellent. They are extremely sharp and cut through veggies like butter. The knives are quite light to use and look very smart in the stainless steel carousel. The only small complaint is my carousel does not twist very well.

Extremely sharp knives. The knives are sleek and stylish. The carousel is clever, functional and houses the knives safely using magnets. Once again Joseph Joseph have delivered.
