Beautiful table of substantial weight. The only issue was with assembly. A washer was missing from the parts package, an essential element to attaching the 4th bolt. This left the table visibly slanted. The assembly team didn't feel the 4th bolt was even necessary, as it wasn't pictured in the instruction diagram. After talking with customer service, the missing part was shipped and we completed assembly ourselves. Overall, quite satisfied with the table.

Beautiful table! It was better than we expected. The delivery was very smooth as well. We were able to track the delivery thru the app and knew when we could expect it. Unfortunately, we decided we needed the larger size! The return process was just as smooth. We had to pay about $200 dollars, but that was our choice. Can't wait to get it in the 54" size!

Basically, there was a lot of issues in getting the table from warehouse to home. You can review all of those issues in the file case on this purchase. The customer service in handling this 2 month ordeal was excellent. However the table I finally received in late February had many table top imperfections to include a rather long deep ridge which was unsatisfactory. However customer service worked with me to successfully resolve that issue in terms of a partial refund. However, in the weeks that followed that interaction a huge stress crack started to appear on the top and is continuing to expand in length (8”) and width (7mm) and it looks terrible. I do have pictures and will email them to Perigold. This is the first time I have purchased with Perigold and I like the your high end product lines as they seem to compliment the direction of our ongoing renovation. In short, this was a very disappointing purchase for both me and my husband.

Fantastic Table LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Nothing about this order went as it should. Ordered on Sept 26 expected delivery Jan 11-17. I called onJan.8 to be told it was received in late Oct. It wasn't what was received was a rug my daughter ordered from Wayfair. Somehow don't as me how the table was the rug. The table was reordered in Jan for expected delivery on April 11th. I received notification it was to be delivered in three boxes by Fed X on March 25. I called because the original order I placed was white glove delivery to my daughter who lives in the same town different address. I called and after a long conversation with first being told it did not qualify..it weighed 150.6 lb. and over $1200. Well in the end nothing could be changed because fed X had it. This table was a gift to my daughter. My daughter is single. The gift was this beautiful table to be brought in and assembled for her. One box came the 25th, a second box came the 26th, and the third came the 28th. I won't bore you with all the details of the delivery..was coming wasn't coming was..went on and on. I am very disappointed in the service Perigold did not provide. The best thing about the order was the table. It is every bit as beautiful as we had hoped. It took 7 months without the promised service and oh..the nails were in the box with the table top...so again it was a hurry up aynd wait situation. What I still wonder is what happened to the table that was originally ordered? I should add I was given some compensation for the Lost?? order but given the aggrevation that followed subsequently it was not enough...
