This pair of Brighton chairs was a customer return at an exceptionally low price. So I bought the chairs even though I didn't like the Chinese red color. I unscrewed the seats and spray painted the chair frames with an oil rubbed bronze spray paint -- the perfect color. I plan to recover the seats, too. Anyway, I'm delighted with these chic, little chairs and my DIY project.

Cute, sturdy and come assembled!

Can’t say enough about these babies!!!! We recovered ours for durability and design.....the original upholstery was fine but not nearly as impactful against the red. Paint finish is smooth and the red is classic and blue-toned (not at all orange)
