I love it, but I assumed. based on the picture, it came with Rudolph. Looks like you have to buy Rudolph separately.

I absolutely love this set. I added rudoplh for my collection. My only complaint is that I wish it came in better packaging. Since I only use it at Christmastime, it would be nice to have a nice box to pack it in safely.
