I was informed by a Perigold rep that, even though this was an "open box" purchase, the item was not marred or damaged in any way. That was untrue. There are several small scratches and "veneer chips" on the outside of the clock. I've camouflaged them with wood stain, but this item was clearly not "as advertised."

I love my clock. It looks great in my living room. I would buy again.

This clock is just what I wanted and fits my décor with the little fan on it. Beautiful!

I am very pleased with the quality and design of the clock. The wood and stain finishes are so nice. It looks great on the wall in our family room and goes very well with our furniture. For me, the only drawback is there is no hinged front door on the clock and all maintenance needs to be done from the back, which means that the clock has to come off the wall each time.

This clock has a rich chime tone, and allows one to adjust the volume to a soft chime or a Big Ben sound! I like that it automatically switches to silent after 10 PM, and resumes at 6 AM.

This is a very nice clock and looks great. Nice wood finish and good sound. Pros: Came fully assembled, just had to add batteries and hang the pendulum. Looks great. Nice cabinet. Cons: Only Chimes on the hour and if turned up too loud, the speakers slightly distort. But the tone is smooth and makes a nice wall piece.

I was so happy when I received this clock. The packaging was very good and it arrived very fast. It is a beautiful clock, well made, excellent quality. It will go with my new living room furniture perfectly. I'm just waiting for my furniture to arrive to decide where I want to hang the clock I haven't tried out the chine yet, but again, this is a beautiful rich looking clock I am very happy with my purchase.
