This is a heavy, very good quality griddle. Even non-greasy meat (Bison) does not stick to it. Cleans up very fast. My husband hates cleaning the broiler pan for the oven when I do burgers on it. This works great on my induction range and makes using the oven unnecessary.

Have not used the item yet but very pleased with the ordering process and delivery.

Unbelievable how easy these pans are to clean. Eggs, cooked meat, quesadillas all rinse off and clean with a easy wipe.

I think I will stay with green pans.
