The rug my client and I selected online was an exquisite coloration, almost ethereal hues of silver and “orange”, but in the online photos, the orange just provided “glow” to the silver background. We loved the photos, so we ordered the rug. Months later when it came time to install the rug into my client’s master bedroom, it was NOT the rug in the photo (see attached)! By then, it was too late to return it and the project has been plagued with trying to build her room around a rug that is completely off.
