I happened to be in Houston and popped into the new store (had seen it on my feed) and was able to look at a rug sample in person that I had previously been looking at online but reluctant to bite off bc of the hassle of returning etc… because I saw it in person, I ordered it and was very happy with how fast it was delivered, the good condition in came in, and that it looked in person as the images and sample showed. Moral of story - please open another showroom in the San Francisco Bay Area (where I live)… I would likely buy more things and my friends as well!
