Okay honestly this rug is adorable. Friends omment on how cute it is. Unfortunately this rug definitely has a smell issue. Its smells like mold. I have sprayed it with lysol and used a whole can. It helped to some degree but sprayed it again this morning and used another can. I like this rug so I am hoping this takes the bad smell away. We shall see if a couple of days. That beind said you should not have to do this to a brand new rug.. disappointed
