Rotate the rug every few months to distribute wear evenly and increase longevity. Avoid getting any liquid on the rug. Clean small spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry cloth. Any liquid has the potential to permanently damage the rug. We recommend only using a professional cleaner to deep clean your rug.

• Setting up your rug: Remove it from packaging and roll out a rug on the ground. We recommend pairing it with a rug pad to keep the item in place. Flatten out your rug by placing heavy objects on the edges. The rug should flatten out within a few days.
