Based on the description and the photograph, as well as the cost, I expected more knots per inch, smaller individual knots and a smoother surface to the rug. I returned the rug and the rug pad.

Very nice quality. I bought a small size to see if the color would work in the room, but it is a little darker than I wanted, but it is serving as a nice kitchen sink mat. If the color had been a little lighter, I would definitely buy the larger size for my family room.

it was a nice quality rug, but the picture did not reflect the color way well. I had reached out to see if there were more photos or if it was possible to get a swatch to reference ahead of purchasing. I think that could have helped avoid shipping a large rug, receiving it and having to ship it back since it was not similar to the photo on your website.

This is a real eye-catcher when design savvy visitors to my home see it. It's a beautiful combination of colors, randomly woven together (knotted) but with a very consistent organic look. Very versatile because, unlike 90% of living room area rugs, this doesn't jump out a cry for attention. It's subtle, but rich and very soft underfoot.
