I purchased this rug for over 300 not even a year ago and paid for the Allstate protection plan reached out to Wayfair and keep in mind. The protection plan that I bought is a five-year stain protection plan and they told me that it hasnt been a year yet so they can offer me a 20 discount on cleaning it and you cant clean a jute rug so this is why I purchased the protection plan in the first place. notice in pictures that the white color looks like a gray color now and that was like an off-white that was very pretty. She told me it hasnt been a year yet During Covid Wayfairs customer service was amazing. I have not been experiencing this and this is why as a designer I am not making purchases on here very often.

Quality as not expected. So many thin spots
