I ordered the beautiful very vibrant area rug and received a very muted one instead. I feel it was false advertising and yet I had to pay 80.00 to return. I would appreciate a refund of my shipping cost as I did not receive the area rug that was advertised on your site. I love this rug. Well made and perfect for where I wanted it to go. Very pleased. The colors are different in my room, but my room gets a lot of sun so it lightens the rug some but overall, it's just what I wanted.

This rug looks great on my light hardwood floors. I had a problem with the first shipment due to damage on the binding on long edge. However the 2nd shipment was perfect. The colours were somewhat lighter in tone but it looks good and is soft to touch.
