Unfortunately, after ordering the rug and waiting for it to arrive, when received, they sent the wrong rug. Definitely not the rug pictured in this survey. Very disappointing. They offered no future discount and said that having FedEx come and pick it up at my house was their allowance since they needed to pay for FedEx. They offered to reimburse me 50% of what I paid if I kept the rug and used it in some other area of my home. Now, I have to start the process all over in ordering and playing the wait game again. It's unfortunate since I am a customer of Perigold and now will rethink of my using them in the future.

Rug is super soft which I love, but the color is not ivory....from the photo I thought the speckles were a tan color, but it is VERY grey. If you are looking for grey, then this rug is great. Going to have to return : (
