Carpet texture was awful like sandpaper. Return is expensive! 54dollars? You have lost a customer

The rug is nice, but is darker and more blue than it looks in the picture, and it smells horrible, not getting better, but I've only had it for 3 days, I am hoping the smell goes away soon

Great wool rug! It is thin which I wanted with a subtle blue color. You do have to weight down the edges when you receive so they lay flat, no big deal. We used some heavy books for a few days and it worked well. Plan to have a rug pad underneath, there is no backing to keep the rug from sliding on the floor.

This rug looks nothing like the one ordered. If you are expecting a blue rug with white stripes you will be disappointed. Returning was a hassle with the company that sold it, it was not a return with Wayfair. Very disappointed with this purchase.
