A nice pale pink with a subtle pattern. Ax is a neutral, but with a little bit more interest. Only complaint is that it fuzzes a bit when you vacuum it. 

The rug is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. It was delivered on time and securely packaged (which was appreciated as it was pouring on the delivery date).
