I purchased two of these rugs for a nursery. The color, pattern and weave are as picture and beautiful. And the quality of the rugs is terrific. I unboxed one completely and stepped on it with bare feet. Texture is unpleasant. Quite rough. I would not put a baby down on it for tummy time. I am going to return one, and wash one in cold water a few times to see if it softens.
