Perfect rug for foyer or mudroom

This item was described as " Eco-friendly recycled materials and a woof-worthy graphic pattern" using a Kilim technique and using PET material". I did not understand this but liked the pattern so purchased it as a front door rug. This was a mistake on my part. This rug is like jute, very rough. Also it had grommets in all four corners. I used this as a runner in my kitchen. After 3-5 months, I had it professionally cleaned as it was looking dirty. After another 3-4 months, I took it to a more commercial rug cleaner and it still looks dingy. For this to be labeled indoor/outdoor is false. To pay as much as we did and not get to use it less than a year later is highly disappointing.
