Based on an original Asmara painting by Elizabeth Moisan inspired by a 14th-century Tuscan villa. Yellow-green leaves and flowers, in shades of branches which grow from the borders and spread out on an espresso-black background. Made with ancient French Aubusson dyeing and weaving methods, this hand-knotted Aubusson flat weave rug has thousands of subtle color shades, similar to antique Aubusson rugs. Also available as a needlepoint rug and as a loop and pile oriental rug. Has passed independent durability tests by the Independent Textile Service of Dalton, Georgia, USA. Green manufacturing methods were used to make this rug. Use with a pad.
