I received my Model 2364 for Fathers Day. Love the size & abilities this thing has. I have 1 issue and 1 question. Issue: The latch that holds the Griddle in place is missing the arm that locks it in. I need a replacement part. Question: I know where the 1 lbs. Propane tank Regulator goes ( Right Side). On the opposite side of the Griddle ( Left Side) there is what looks like a Brass Quick Connect for a 5 - 20 lbs Propane tank Regulator Connection. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. The grill looks great, totally quality. It arrives on a hard plastic base with a box covering the sides and top. Still early, only just received it and waiting for contractor to build it in, but it is the same grill that we have in our Boston home and we love it. You are able to get the temperture up to 600 degrees quickly. We turn on all burners to warm it up, and then lower the center burners, drop on the steaks, close the top, and sear about 2 to 3 minutes before turning the steaks clockwise. Do it again, and then flip and repeat. Perfect steaks every time. Easy to clean and keep clean. An absolute great grill with the legendary Weber customer support.
