It’s pretty awesome. Thrilled with the quality of steel, construction, and ease of setup. If you or husband aren’t handy, make sure to have someone hired for handyman-level installation, leveling footings, bolting pieces of together with attachments. You need electrical outlet nearby to plug in the lights and fridge. We had an electrician run a line to outdoor area. The only downside is that the firebox is a baked porcelain and not stainless. Still a well-built quality grill. Assembly was included in my purchase, provided by Angi. Expected higher quality from a $3000 bbq, but it works well. Took about 2 hours to assemble, packaging was good. It should have slotted mounting holes for the front doors so you can align the doors better. The left door is lower than the right cabinet door and the closing bracket at the bottom creates friction when closing. Cover is top quality and the bbg gets hot quickly and mantains heat well. It comes fitted with halogen lights in the cooking zone to make grilling in the dark a lot easier. The knobs are fitted with on/off color changing LED lights. It has 8mm 304 stainless steel rod cooking grates and 304 heavy duty tubular high-efficiency burners. With very little assembly, you will be grilling in no time. The caster wheels allow it to be moved around. Once you have found the perfect spot the wheel levellers will ensure your grill is stable. A heavy duty electric rotisserie kit, chopping board and all weather heavy duty cover are all included. There is also an infrared side burner with adjustable heights for those times you want to really enjoy a good steak or heat up a saucepan. The grill also has large drawers and cabinets to store all your grill accessories and to hold a propane tank. The grill can run on natural gas with a small 15 min conversion that anyone can do and it will not cost you extra money. All you will need is a natural gas hose to connect to.

Like every grill I've ever used, some spots are warmer than others. It takes a bit of experimentation. Some times this is an advantage. Move thinner cuts to the sides and thicker cuts nearer the back of the grill to get all to cook evenly and be done at the same time. The axillary side burner heats a bit more slowly than I'd hoped. The Mont Alpi 957 combines the longevity of stainless steel and the class of black in a tidy four-burner cooking space, inclusive of a rear burner and stunning countertop granite. The grill comes standard with LED knobs that are blue when the grill is off and red when the grill is on, there are also two bright internal lights for precision cooking, even in the dark. Be sure to check out the useful optional accessories such as the charcoal tray and griddle. Now also comes with a 1.35 cubic feet stainless steel compact refrigerator. Grill comes as propane ready but can be converted to Nat gas within minutes, simply buy the additional Mont Alpi Natural gas conversion kit.

This is a great barbecue. The easiest one I have ever assembled. Heats up quickly. For its size has good capacity. I just did an end of summer cleaning and that was easy and not messy to do.
