This fire pit arrived in great condition, it was very easy to put together, and easy to use.

Looks Great, doesn't heat well.

Took very good care of this, covered every night with a furniture cover, even used concrete caulk to try to get it to last three years but it didn’t make it.

Good product, though Wayfair shipped the wrong size. Pros: Holds up to winds pretty well. I have it on my rooftop deck which is pretty exposed and it seems to work fine even when it's windy. Reasonably easy setup if you have a natural gas line ready to go, though I had to purchase a 1/2" to 3/8" adapter for the NG hose quick-connect. Looks really nice! Cons: Wayfair shipped the wrong product (36" x 36" square model). Hopefully just a fluke, and they made it right, which I appreciate. Other notes: Lighting the first time is a little scary because you have to hold down the gas for a long time before it starts. Subsequent lightings happen in ~15 seconds. I have no point of comparison for whether that's typical (seems long to me but it's consistent with the instructions). Also, predictably, it's pretty heavy. Plan on at least a two-person lift. Take the rocks out of the box first if you have to carry it up stairs and save yourself some trouble.
