The loungers took longer than expected to come in, but Neighbor customer support reached out proactively to update us throughout and even sent a handwritten note with a gift when there was a second delay because of a manufacturing delay. The product arrived and is gorgeous and great quality, especially for the price point.

Don’t waste your money on other Chaise lounge chairs. This is the best I have ever had and so easy to assemble. I assembled it myself. It is especially good in the desert where it is hot because there are no wood slats that bleed into the cushions. So happy with my purchase!!!!!!
