We build our pieces to withstand normal moisture levels but, or failure to conform to this warranty, liquids, accidents, or any use for which the product was not intended. Alterations of any type to the product by the consumer will nullify the warranty entirely. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY DAMAGE ARE EXCLUDED., as our items are mainly built from solid wood, or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. The warranty applies under conditions of normal residential use and does not apply to damage caused due to negligence or misuse. This includes improper cleaning, we suggest selecting other items in our collection as we will not be accepting returns from these areas. This warranty does not cover payment of shipping costs to and from Dovetail. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the invoice date.
