Grill works good worth the price, but upon delivery for second time it was damaged upon delivery and not in bolt were missing again .Had to go to the hardware store to find nuts and bolts that would match to put it together

Upon opening the box this is how the grill came.as you can see in the pictures there is multiple parts missing, the package where all the nuts and bolts are supposed to be was empty. Nothing inside the box either. Tried multiple times to try and get some answers to at luck at all.the grill might be a good grill but I will never know as I can't even put it together.

I bought 2 of them as gifts for Christmas. On arrival the edges of the box were open and bolts and nuts and washers were falling out of them everywhere. I don’t know if I found them all or even if some might be in the delivery truck. I have not heard if they were able to get the manufacturer to replace the hardware kits or not, not if they have been able to put them together and use them. If they are satisfied with them after they get to use them, I will update my review.

Always check that the outdoor cooking appliance area is clear and free from combustible material, gasoline and other flammable vapors and liquids before lighting. Regularly check and clean the burner/venturi tubes for insects and insect nests. Aclogged tube can lead to a fire beneath the griddle. Regularly check that the flow of combustion and ventilation air is not obstructed. Ensure the griddle is cool before cleaning and conducting maintenance and with the gas supply turned off at the LP-Gas cylinder. To avoid the possibility of burns, maintenance should be done only when the griddle is cool. Avoid unprotected contact with hot surfaces. A leak test must be performed annually and whenever any component of the gas train is replaced or gas smell is present. For your safety, always wear protective gloves and safety glasses when cleaning your griddle. The grease cups should be kept clean on a regular basis to prevent heavy buildup of debris. Accumulated grease is a fire hazard. Important: Do not leave the griddle outside during inclement weather unless it is covered. Rain water can collect inside of the griddle, the griddle body or the grease cups if left uncovered. After initial usage, areas of the griddle may discolor from the intense heat given off by the burners. Discoloration may still be present, this is normal. Wash with mild detergent or nonabrasive cleaner and warm soapy water. Wipe dry with a soft nonabrasive cloth.
