Best purchase during a kitchen remodel! Remember to “season” the griddle before use. I can’t wait to try more recipes or just wing it. Make sure everyone is ready to eat before you start cooking because it cooks fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cuisinart hit the nail on the head with this one! From the sleek look, to the obviously well thought-out design, to the functionality overall. I knew I've wanted a good flat top to go along with my smoker.... I had no clue how much I would be motivated/inspired to want to cook any and everything possible on one. This griddle is a breeze to set up (seasoning the top was very easy, and the 3 burner design allows for pretty much corner to corner even results) The placement of the grease traps was well planned and make clean out super quick and easy with no necessity of moving the entire appliance. The broiler is an awesome added bonus and a feature I've not seen on any competitors. I love this thing... almost as much as my wife loves how little she cooks anymore as a result of our getting it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love the CUISINART Griddle. You can toast and grill steaks and hamburgers at the same time. It was easy to put together and easy to clean. We even grilled during the middle of a snowstorm in Alabama.
