I chose a designer I trusted and invested tens of thousands of dollars through Perigold—and in return, I’ve received nothing but silence and endless delays. Months have gone by with no updates. Every time I reached out, I was given no real information, and now, after all this waiting, I’ve been told my items are back-ordered. This is completely unacceptable. The level of disorganization and incompetence is astonishing. I will never shop with Perigold again. I will be leaving detailed negative reviews across multiple platforms, and I’ll be telling friends, family, and colleagues to avoid this site entirely. No company charging premium prices should deliver service this terrible.

The Planters have a great presence. They are more pitted than picture shows. They also have a large seam that is visible. When positioning them the base crumbles. Once ivy and flowers are placed in they look beautiful.

This is a great product. The color and size were just what we expected. I am using them outside and they are nice and sturdy. I am happy with this purchase.
