Fountain in well-made and arrived in great shape. Installation instructions were a bit weak.

Stunning. Top of the line quality. Great sound cover. Pretty easy to figure out how to put the pump in the hole. The single stream sounds faintly reminiscent of peeing. If you'd worried about that, you could get one of the ones this company also makes with the wider spouts.

Perfect size for our indoor courtyard. Color and design are true to description. Haven't got it all set up yet, can't wait to see it in action.

Its 461 lbs out of the crate, so you will need a handtruck and 2-3 strong people.

I saw the fountain in a showroom and it's beautiful with the perfect amount of water sounds to drown out city noise. I paid for the White Glove delivery with installation service as this fountain was for a client in the NYC area and I'm in DC. You should know that installation only requires taking the fountain out of the box, placing the included pump and light in the fountain's basin, filling it with water, and plugging it in. However, the Joseph Cory Delivery company refused to "install" citing "safety issues" (getting wet?) and would only deliver to the front door (which requires steps and is much harder than just rolling it in a hand-truck to the backyard.) What is my late-middle-age client supposed to do with a 400 pound fountain in her living room? So I called Wayfair and explained the situation and emailed them the installation instructions but the delivery company still refused. I then asked Wayfair for a different delivery company. I figured this would be easy since Wayfair is a huge $2.5 billion company, it's the NYC metropolitan area with 20+ million people and lots and lots of delivery companies. I figured wrong. After 3 weeks of going back and forth with Wayfair they let me know that there are no other delivery companies. So I returned the fountain and bought it someplace else. The fountain is beautiful -no thanks to Wayfair or the Joseph Cory Delivery company.
