Too difficult to regulate waterfall. Need help as water only falls from one side 9/4/25 Perigold is not very helpful with either replacement or refund, and I will be sure to post this on all social media I have access to. Was most helped by Adagio/Manufacturer. After current Perigold order is received, I will NO LONGER order from Wayfair, Perigold or any of their afficliates!

Beautiful fountain but it presented problem after problem. There were pieces that were missing and the barcode provided for assembly when scanned it was instructions for a ceiling fan. Once it was finally assembled The water ran beautifully for 24 hours then it only started to run on one side. This fountain is too expensive to not work properly now I have a phone that looks nice on the wall, but I can’t turn it on because the water only runs down on one side. Horrible purchase!!!

The fountain I received looks nothing like the picture in the website. Customer service was very good but I did not want a black fountain.
