The lamp was bought new but delivered used, broken and defective… not even original packaging or paperwork. Refund was approved. What upset me the most was having to repackage the lamp in the same lousy packaging and ship it back. It needed to go in the trash… and yes, it was that bad. Although this lamp is beautiful, the first one sent to me was broken so they replaced it with a second lamp, which was broken. It was only a small part that needed to be replaced for it to work and Wayfair said they send a replacement part two me. After waiting three weeks, I get a message from Wayfair telling me that this lamp is not being made anymore therefore I will not be getting the replacement piece. I paid over $3000 for this lamp and I’m so disappointed. I have to keep it broken. Shame on Wayfair. They usually very amazing with their products. But this time, I’m very disappointed. Anonymous.
