The lamp was bought new but delivered used, broken and defective… not even original packaging or paperwork. Refund was approved. What upset me the most was having to repackage the lamp in the same lousy packaging and ship it back. It needed to go in the trash… and yes, it was that bad. It actually looked like it was previously returned damaged and then shipped to me.
