If warranty repairs necessitate the return of the product to Wildwood, transportation to and from Wildwood will be the responsibility of the customer. the warranty does not cover accident, fire, flood or other Acts of God, damage caused by improper installation, improper or unauthorized repair, normal aging of brass parts, normal wear and tear, and constructions and artistic aberrations normally incident to handcrafted wares. this warranty is valid only on products purchased and used in the USA and Canada.

The base has several square layers upon each other with each getting smaller as they go up—see photo. Unfortunately they are not lined up! Instead, they are catywompus! And, for this, we paid good money!

Quality was surprisingly low for price of lamp. It arrived damaged and customer service was not helpful on trying to return it for a full refund.

Disappointing, especially at this price. Not stable at base and pole is too loose. Would send back if not such a hassle and may still do so anyway. $600 lamp at $100 quality. Don’t buy!!!
