The lamp was bought new but delivered used, broken and defective… not even original packaging or paperwork. Refund was approved. What upset me the most was having to repackage the lamp in the same lousy packaging and ship it back. It needed to go in the trash… and yes, it was that bad. Although this lamp is beautiful, the first one sent to me was broken so they replaced it with a second lamp, which was broken. It was only a small part that needed to be replaced for it to work and Wayfair said they send a replacement part two me. After waiting three weeks, I get a message from Wayfair telling me that this lamp is not being made anymore therefore I will not be getting the replacement piece. I paid over $3000 for this lamp and I’m so disappointed. I have to keep it broken. Shame on Wayfair. They usually very amazing with their products. But this time, I’m very disappointed. Anonymous. Lots of problems with this item. Manufacturer listed as “Set of 2” which is incorrect. Received only one lamp shipped in two boxes. Contacted manufacturer who stated they never sell sets of lamps, only individual. Here’s an idea….how about you get the listing correct next time so a potential customer has the proper information. Manufacturer also disclaims color variance in the shade which is normal due to lighting, however, the lower half of the shade is predominately dark purple, which in no way resembles the blue of the listing photos.
