The Daphne table lamp looks as if it is made of one material in two distinctive finishes but the base is made of wood while the other elements on the navy-blue table lamp are made of iron and brass. The shape of the shade with its painted gold trim is a design detail, as is the gold finish on the interior of the shade that will warm the light bouncing off it.

The lamps are beautiful , no doubt , I had 2 othered with a cord that stood out and didn’t look good , these lamps were cordless and more money than the same one with the cord , I thought , wow , must be much better , but one came with a cracked chargeable light bulb that was too difficult to return , and it worked anyway. The charge only hold for a day of light. Who the heck wants to keep charging your lightbulb to light???? It’s horrible to say the least , at best I ordered 2 more light bulbs , hoping they just ripped me off with used bulbs and this will fix the problem , I don’t know yet , I ordered the bulbs 2 months ago and still didn’t get them which by the way , there a fortune to replace and I should never of had to do that with 2 lamps that totaled over 1700 doallars.
