The lamp is torn on shade, and the metal to hold shade is damaged badly. Please guide me how I returns.

Love these lamps - I ordered two for our bedroom nightstands. I removed one star for insufficient packaging. One had to be returned because it arrived shattered. The packaging was not sufficient to protect such a heavy, fragile amp.
