Lots of problems with this item. Manufacturer listed as “Set of 2” which is incorrect. Received only one lamp shipped in two boxes. Contacted manufacturer who stated they never sell sets of lamps, only individual. Here’s an idea….how about you get the listing correct next time so a potential customer has the proper information. Manufacturer also disclaims color variance in the shade which is normal due to lighting, however, the lower half of the shade is predominately dark purple, which in no way resembles the blue of the listing photos. Great lamp. Even though the dimensions are clearly indicated, I just wasn't prepared for it to be as small as it is. It is really a chair lamp and too small to be used as a stand alone. I can't use it for the reason it was purchased, but as it is a good lamp, I've found another use for it somewhere else. The actual plug is high quality, and it is a nice weight...nice pull...easy to assemble. The rubber pads on the bottom of the base are a real plus for hardwood floors. Over all I think it's a lovely lamp...just can't be used as I intended. (Also, it appears in the online pics that the shade would be round, but it is a square/rectangle.
