Be aware that the shade is not actual glass, but Plexiglas -- and as a result the colors are not as vibrant or as clear as I would have preferred, especially at this price point. Maybe I am expecting too much. The lamp base is very sturdy, and easily assembled. The light bulb sockets are very cheaply made, though. The three sockets are nice, and allow flexibility in the amount of light to use in any given circumstance. It came well packaged - one minor complaint is that the Styrofoam is the light, airy stuff that breaks up and floats away. I am still finding bits of it a week later, lol.

Beautiful, easy to put together, and I've received compliments from everyone who has seen it.
