The Mereworth rope chandelier has an octagonal wrought iron frame around which natural abaca rope has been painstakingly wrapped to create its shade. The rope chandelier emits a warm glow thanks to the color of the abaca. The material also lends the chandelier a nautical feel that makes it perfect for seaside retreats and oceanfront homes. One of the interesting design attributes of this fixture is how thick the structure is when seen from below.

Designed by Bunny Williams, the Bradshaw Pendant showcases an elegant, classical silhouette with refined Art Deco inspiration. Crafted from wrought iron in a warm brass finish, its columnar frame is accented by bands of sparkling crystal baguettes at the center. Frosted glass discs add sculptural interest, flaring upward and downward in delicate flourishes—the topmost shaped like a coronet. This four-light pendant blends historical reference with modern elegance, resulting in a luminous focal point with timeless appeal.

Working with natural materials like rattan is a strong suit of artisans, who’ve taken the reeds and woven them into a work of art in their Gaborone chandelier. This absolutely gorgeous lantern pendant is so delicate and beautiful. It's large, but feels airy and light over my kitchen island. The silvery gold finish coordinates well with my champagne colored knobs and pulls, and gold sink faucet. Cannot recommend this highly enough. In the Bunny Williams collection, the Wycombe lantern has the classic lines for which this lauded designer is known. Made of wrought iron, the refined lantern is finished in a mix of satin black and contemporary gold leaf finishes. Because the interior of the black lantern is covered with gold leaf, the illumination coming from it will warmly glow. The grillework that runs along its circumference where it meets the domed top is an elegant feature.

Clarence Mallari, who designed this chandelier, says of its inspiration: “Watching football is always exciting, and I decided I wanted to create a chandelier in the shape of the ball. This makes the rope chandelier special because, just as you have to be a trained professional to throw the ball right, you have to be an artisan to wrap the abaca rope around the metal laser-cut frame in this odd open shape so that it’s seamless.” The contemporary silver leaf finish is a luminous touch.

We were intrigued to see what shapes could be achieved with discs made from coconut shells, which inspired the open globe-shape of the Tartufo coco shell chandelier. The bulbs on the interior turn the polished skin of this plant into warm discs, while the exterior remains a cooler shade of tan. There is a slight textural feel to the discs on this tan chandelier, which brings it interest. The chain and hardware on the globe chandelier are in a coco cream finish.

Clarence Mallari designed the cape Verde orb chandelier: “With myriad books at our Currey library, jewelry books are always a good resource for me. This round rattan chandelier was inspired by a glass bowl by Lalique. The orb chandelier took shape when I echoed the pattern etched along with the glass with the natural material that was woven to create the shade. I feel this design has true harmony.”

The Shinju Pearl Bowl Chandelier is made of wrought iron in a contemporary silver leaf finish with flowing branches fitted with fresh-water pearls that reflect the light of the six bulbs. Designer Aviva Stanoff once again looked to nature to create this elegant version of an organic seascape. Clarence Mallari designed the Arietta family of fixtures, which also includes a rectangular version of this design. He was looking for a different perspective with the teardrop shape to make it softer in tone: without corners, he notes, the fixture is subtler and more delicate.

The Adagio chandelier is a gold chandelier that adroitly holds its crystal beads, which are affixed to wavy metal wires that flow between the top and bottom rings on tiny barbs. The Abberton 4 - Light Classic Chandelier with Hand Blown Glass Accents will bring a wow factor to any room it illuminates. Designed by Ian Thornton, the silver chandelier with its polished nickel finish will effervesce when the lights are switched on as the glow reflects on and through the glass globes that graduate from large at the fixture’s central cog to small near the apex of each stem. Made of sheet metal, our craftsman welded together laser-cut pieces to create the lantern. Its strong graphic silhouette along with its sleek contemporary silver-leaf finish put this silver lantern into the soft contemporary category. Lian Thornton says the inspiration for this piece springs from classical architectural wrought-iron railings.

A stunning creation, the Arietta white orb chandelier has ribs of metal covered seamlessly in pieces of mother-of-pearl.
