Bought 2 of these and I'm very pleased with them They were packaged very well and both in perfect condition when they arrived. Delivery took only a couple days! These lamps look EXACTLY as depicted. The "sailcloth" shade is not actual ship sailcloth, rather it is a beautiful, heavy, textured white fabric that looks beautiful illuminated. Terrific quality lamps.. Sherry. We love the simple elegant design. The bronze metal finish is rich and beautiful with nice color variation and appearance of texture. The oatmeal linen lamp shade is also of good quality. The lamp gives off both a nice uplight and downlight, and has an 3-way switch. Online pictures do not show off the real quality. We feel this lamp is worth its price and we are very pleased with it.. Starfall is a classically proportioned five-pointed double star. Gathered at a high waist of the lamp, five slender, tapered arms extend up as if reaching for the sky while five tapered legs splay downward, appearing to float just above a tabletop or floor. Slight and delicately crafted from metal, this lamp appears weightless and defies its media of steel sheeting. Finally, a gilded iron finish or a bronze finish is applied. Each lamp is fitted with a drum shade and a matching starburst finial.
To call this a "novelty" floor lamp does not do it justice. This is a top quality lamp in every respect. It is heavy, well made, and it looks awesome. Even the packaging it came in was top-notch.
