The angular arc of the stem of the Cloister 70" Arc Floor Lamp, the way the shade dangles, and the minimal shape of its base make it an exemplar of contemporary design. The clean way the stem is fastened to the base and the pared-down lines of the white linen shade enhance the black floor lamp’s modernity. The white acrylic diffuser fastened by the petite button finial is a design detail of note.
The Dandelion floor lamp is a masterful composition that celebrates its namesake flower. The puff-balls that surround the bulbs are made of nails that are bent and welded together, a process that is extremely labor intensive. Made of wrought iron, the lamp's base stems, and leaves are in a contemporary gold leaf finish, while the floral elements are in a mix of contemporary silver leaf and contemporary silver finishes. This special piece expressively celebrates nature.
Tom Caldwell describes the style of the Prose Floor Lamp as "dressed-up industrial." The arrangement of the thin ribs of metal seems to change when the black floor lamp is seen from different angles. The metal on the contemporary lamp is in a bronze finish, and the base is made of coffee brown marble that has tremendous veining for a contrast to the sleeker elements. The Prose is topped with an off-white linen shade.
Ian Thornton designed the Gambit floor lamp to free up valuable space on the tops of nightstands and accent tables, as the flat metal base will slide easily under and the boxy shade will illuminate the entire piece of furniture. The gold floor lamp is made of metal in a contemporary gold leaf finish. A design detail of note is how the metal stem continues up and over the outside edge of the off-white shantung shade.
Suzanne Duin, who founded the Houston shop and design studio, Maison Maison, conceived Annabelle's floor lamp. Known for a keen eye for sourcing authentic French antiques and home accessories from around the globe, Suzanne has created a line of woven light fixtures that are handmade by artisans in South Asia. The shade is made of water hyacinth, which brings textural artistry to the composition. Equally sophisticated is how the thin stem is wrapped in the same natural material. The black finish on the woven lamp beautifully contrasts the beige tones.
The Lyndhurst floor lamp has a simple bone-like spine that is beautifully finished in silver leaf to bring the knobby column a lustrous glow. Held in place with a matching finial, the rectangular off-white shantung shade is wide enough to cast its illumination onto the entire frame of the silver floor lamp.
This is a stunning lamp - the shade is a (large) rectangle. It's very pretty - has a presence but is not overwhelming and doesn't compete with other design elements in the room. The base and stem are beautifully finished. It's exactly what you'd expect from Currey & Co.. Martha. WAKEFIELD, MA. 2019-04-02 14:24:47
The angular arc of the stem on the Cloister large floor lamp, the way the shade dangles, and the minimal shape of its base are design details that make it an exemplar of contemporary design. The clean way the stem is fastened to the base and the pared-down lines of the linen shade enhance the gold floor lamp's modernity. The acrylic diffuser fastened by the petite button finial is a clever aspect of this design.
A nod to Americana and the utilitarian leanings of our country's colonial era, the Maxstoke Floor Lamp has an adjustable arm that is so appealing it would be just as brilliant in an office setting as in a living room. This gleaming version of this popular arc lamp, which is made of metal, is more contemporary than the designs in warmer tones. The beige shantung shade swivels and adjusts to make this silver floor lamp a book lover's go-to illumination.
When she designed the Pilar Floor Lamp, designer Aimee Kurzner was exploring jewelry chain-link patterns. Made of cast aluminum in a shiny gold finish, the geometrically rich profile of this gold floor lamp will make it stand out. We also offer the Pilare as table lamps in brushed nickel and shiny gold finishes, and we have silver and gold drinks tables in our lineup.

Finish Description: Old silver finish
The Avignon floor lamp was created by Suzanne Duin, who founded the Houston shop and design studio Maison and is known for a keen eye for sourcing authentic French antiques and home accessories from around the globe. Each piece in her line of woven light fixtures is handmade by artisans in Southeast Asia; the Avignon is an example with black paper shades in a tight weave and steel in a polished brass finish. This chic floor lamp with a sleek shade suspended from adjustable gold rods and a matching circlet at its narrowest point brings both texture and French flair.
The playful profile of the Charny floor lamp makes it a charming addition to a room. The contemporary lamp is made of composite with a gesso white finish. The leaf-like shapes that extend from the stem make this a terrific luminary for a space inspired by nature. We’ve topped the lamp with a textural natural coarse linen shade.
