The chandelier came wired incorrectly. My electrician had to completely rewire it. Then the bolts were to short and he had to get 14 inch longer bolts at the hardware store. The Crystal assembly came with very poor instructions and it took 4 people to figure it out. Gorgeous. Overlapping gilded ribs (shaped like nimbus beams of many 16th-17th euro religious portraits of saints) filter the light upward and outward without glare, giving a gold glow to my entry.
