Very pretty. Simple, straight forward installation but recommend a second set of hands as it's not easy to hold up while trying to attach the lamp to the base against the ceiling. A couple of the very tiny, clear plastic washers fell off during installation. Took me hours to find them in the carpet. For this price, a couple of spares in the packaging would have been nice.
