It took a number of times, and never was corrected. The first one came as a left-facing sconce (even though we ordered right-facing) and with parts missing. After a long, long wait -- including multiple phone calls and reassurances that we'd receive the correct sconce, you shipped us another left-facing sconce. We've returned it and are still waiting for our refund.

Great-looking light with a clean, modern design — perfect for our patio. It feels well-made and looks more expensive than it is. Amazing value for the price!
