I ordered this lamp over a month ago. It came in about 10 days in Silver when I ordered gold. I have called every week for three weeks to get it replaced. I still don’t have the email I was promised each time I called with a new expected delivery date. I just want the product or my money back. I love the lamp but not the customer service.

This is such a pretty lamp, and it has such charm. It really makes my living room look "grander". I bought only one, thinking I would use an existing (beautiful) lamp on the other side of our couch, but I have decided to get a second one because they are so pretty.
