I am so pleased with my new ceiling fan. We had a very minor snag with the installation and I called the number listed on the booklet for customer service. I was pleasantly surprised when my call was answered on the first ring and a live person answered. The gentleman walked me through the steps and within about three minutes, my fan was working beautifully!
